Next Saturday, April 15th, there will be a critique of my new work at my studio. There will be one or two other artists at the critique as well. We will start at three in the afternoon on Saturday. For directions or more information send an email to haferwd@aol.com.

I love the bond of artists and musicians. Be they "old school" or "new School" there's an acceptance of the creative force that crosses over between the arts and within individuals. I must admit, I'm from the "old school", but I've always thought of myself as a creative person. I look at the art and listen to the music on this blog and realize how limited my creative understanding is. Although I marvel at the color, sound, creativity, and dramatics of your generations' art, I am merely a spectator looking on, and cannot fully participate, for I am of another generation, another mind-set", and another world of art. I applaud your brave steps forward and wish I would have been half that brave when I was your age.
Never give up...your voices as artists and musicians arw so important!

Our Art Critique is being rescheduled. Stay posted for an exact date. Sometime in the next couple of weeks. The artists will be Mike Richardson, Sara Blakeman and William Hafer.
